Boy o’ boy this was…something. I bought this entire mini-series because I’m a new DC reader and wanted to learn about Swamp Thing and Constantine. I did get a good look at Constantine, but Swamp Thing didn’t give me much. Issue number one was pretty good in my opinion but after that it started going downhill. The art in this whole story was pretty bland. All I got from the art was that I know 90 percent of the story is at night. There was alot of half body shadows on Constantine, but barely any on Batman, Superman and the other big names. Also in I thought that in the end there was no big pay off. Everyone just walks away and doesn’t care about what just happened. I give Brightest Day Aftermath Search for Swamp Thing a 3 out of 5.
