This was disappointing. Booster Gold has been the one title that I have enjoyed from the very beginning. It’s even been the most enjoyable Flash point in my humble opinion. And this is how it ends? Really? The story was good but I’ll be honest, I was expecting better from Dan Jurgens. The art was painful, clearly rushed and inconsistent at points. The last couple of pages were penciled by Jurgens and inked Norm Rapmund and were just beautiful. Seeing those last pages was like adding salt to opened wound. Yeah, go ahead and remind me of what I’m losing.
With Booster being the only other person apart from Barry to realize that this Flashpoint world was all wrong, I kind of retained the hope that maybe some of that will carry on into the new 52 (time travel is a tricky thing, It could happen). Nope! At the end of the issue, Booster ends up at the Vanishing Pointing just as his memories of everything begin to fade away. At least we know where that awful costume re-design was necessary.

Story: 3 - Good
Art: 1 - Poor
