Although I always hate cheesey, word-balloon'd covers, the inside of this was much better! Certainly an improvement over Dixon's last effort. I don't know how long Remender is on this book, but since it is Remender, I expect horrible things to happen to Booster. Jurgen's art is fine as always. Did anyone else freeze up on the line about Skeets' orifice? And I don't mean just because of the typo (orfice?). Actually, there were several typos in this book... not that I think a complaint about lettering really affects one's enjoyment of a book. Anyway, tying the Starro-genesis into the Black Plague was a brilliant touch, as was the Mayonnaise jar incident. Funny, clever and original stuff here. Time travel books are often hit-or-miss, but this title has been on 95% of the time.
