For me, this is the first misstep in Lanternland since Johns and Tomasi took the reigns.  It’s not, by any stretch of the imagination, a bad issue.  It tells some interesting stories about characters that I’m not familiar with.  But it’s clear that Johns was more focused on the actual Blackest Night issue, which blew me out of the fucken highwater.
