The cover is a misdirect! The description of this issue is a misdirect! Even the plot of the story is a midirect! Oooooooooooooooooh.
This is pretty much the definition of an average story. There isn’t a plot twist that you can’t see coming four or five pages before and Nguyen’s artwork is…there.
I haven’t really been interested in the Manhunter storyline since the second issue of this. I will say that the art for that story looks cool, but I didn’t have any strong urge to read it.

Misdirect? So who wrote it? Dini or that Benson guy?
@akamuu I figured you would’ve dropped this by now. You’re a hell of a lot more patient than I.
@vadamowens: It helps that I don’t have to pay for any of the comics. THe main reason I’keep reading this title is because I can never remember whether or not I like it. 😉
@robby: It’s the Benson solicit.
@akamuu: As always, I enjoy your reviews. . .
I agree, the story wasn’t all that great, you could see the outcome from a mile away, but I don’t know. . . I liked it. Though it wasn’t very well executed, it’s the kind of Batman story I like most (I actually got into that in the beginning of the comment section of this issue, so I won’t do it again). I am also loving the art- I would give it at least a 4.
Story was cliched, but classic really. Inconsequential, but not bad. I love Nguyen’s art. Might be my favorite artist on a regular series right now.
