Part 2 of “Mr. Unknown is Dead” picks up right after the near head-shaking ending of the first issue. Morrison continues to develop the first part of his Incorporated story but this issue is more about action. It features some great panels by artist Yannick Paquette including a brief car chase scene that is light’s out. The heavy inks were an adjustment at first but just two issues in I’m really enjoying Paquette’s work.

Morrison has yet to lose me by trying to be too clever or too psychedelic with his story telling. I did feel the ending of this book was slightly underwritten but as a whole I’m still sold on the title.

So far this book is very satisfying and it’s potential is high. I just hope Morrison can stay on track and not drop the ball.
