    Bruce confronts Darkseid
    Bruce wounds Darkseid
    Darkseid shoots Bruce back in time
    Darkseid grabs clone, dresses him as Batman
    Leaves him for the heroes to find

    The body superman is holding in Final Crisis has no eyes, just like the clones

    In this issue Morrison throws one page in here that basically tells the reader that Batman’s body in Sup’s arms in Crisis was a clone. Its easily missed and kind of lazily thrown in but its shocking nonetheless.

    The only issue of FC I ever read was #1 and #6 cuz I had no idea what the hell was going on with all those New God folks and I wasn’t half as versed in the DCU as I am now.  Thanks for clearing this up for me.  So you’re saying that the fried body was never Bruce in the first place and that is why nobody knows that he is lost in time??  Okay, you’re making some sense now.  Thanx!!
