this is the kind of book you dream about them doing but, know that it will never happen. now first off I am not so crazy about carrie popping up. I love the character and dark knight returns is my favorite comic of all time. I just don't think carrie would be friends with Damien long before she ends up being robin, all in all it really doesn't matter especially if they just let it be this for a while. after all batman has to act like he just met her in that story, wich shouldn't be hard considering he is an old man. anyway back to my original point. I can picture myself in school telling all my friends, "you know what they should do"? batman should travel to castle frankenstien and take him apart and try to figure out how to bring Damien back. I would not at all be upset if they decided to do an entire arc just paying omage to the frankenstien story and having Damien come back from the dead and stumble around throwing little girls into ponds and burning down windmills and such. this was a great story especially for fans of horror classics and even a little dark humor. it also has that girl from the old frank miller story. great work tomasi, this is the first time I have ever liked your work more than snyders, nothing against that book of course.
