The Batfamily is dead... Oh sure, everyone's alive. Oh sure, Joker's missing and presumed dead. Oh sure, no one had their face cut off and Alfred wasn't maimed. But the Family is dead. Jason's life has been revealed as a lie. Dick's lost nearly everything he's built. The Gordon's are coming apart at the seams. Tim's broken. Damian's faith in himself is shaken and Bruce is alone. And to top it off, sooner or later Bruce will find out that each of his children were ready to cast aside the One Rule to kill Joker and won't that be a pretty picture when it happens. Joker killed the Batfamily. And this is a "let down?" No, this is perfect.
