Like I've mentioned in the comments already, I enjoy Miller's handle of the characters and his dialogue with the dry wit, but diggin not so much on this "speed suit" concept. Speedsters are a special breed to me, found it hard to reconcile how your average Gotham U. student could engineer up a suit that can tap into the Speed Force, if that's how it's doing it.  If not, would be curious to see how it's giving it's wearer superhuman speed, obviously something that results in radiation being leaked.  Even more stoked about the upcoming Tron: Legacy movie coming out next week after the reveal at the end of this book though, gotta think it was on DNguyen's mind when he designed that.

Glad we got to see more of this Proxy character too, sorta a protege of Oracle's I guess.

Would like to see this book delve into Steph's life at Gotham U. a lil more than it has, even though the main players in this are all Gotham U. students, it really hasn't explored her life as a student there.

DNguyen's work in this continues to be somewhat subpar to me, even though it was slightly better than the last issue.  He'll always be one of my fave artists, but on the fence about unpulling this book actually.
