I have always enjoyed this book, however it has been slowly lossing it’s creativity. Is there going to another line up change? Really?

We have already had a change in students and then in teachers, and now it appears there may be another shake up?

This book has lost its focus on the students IMHO, which made this book interesting.

The only good thing that I found about this issue was the storyline dealing with X-23. Was it major? No, but finally we are getting to see her breaking out of her normal shell that we have come use to, or it appears to be a first major step in that direction.

I hope that once the X vs A storyline gets over that they will go back to the original focus of this book, and that is the young students.

I like the X vs A storyline, but much like most of Marvels grand storylines, they intrude to much into their ongoing books, which most of the times drag them donw. I get it for the main X and A books, but more then an issue or two in what I would think would be a secondary book in the A line, it has made the original storyline drag.

  1. This was to me the best marvel I’ve bought all year. It was refreshing to see AvX treated with a maturity that is completely lacking from the main title.

  2. Mark, I agree with you on how it was handled, and I beleive this book is being written very well, just getting tired of all the crossover stories clogging up this book.
