Huh. While this series wasn’t expertly crafted, it will be interesting to see how this plays into the continuity of Batman. And the interior art is much much better than the awful cover would have you believe.

I read your review and thought "the cover isn’t THAT bad…" Then I went to get my books and was utterly confused as to what I was holding before I read the title. Makes no sense at all.
To be fair, this cover isn’t the cover my store received. I can’t find its existence on the web, anywhere.
That’s what I meant… rereading my post I guess it didn’t get the point across. I read your review before I had gotten my books thinking the solicited cover wasn’t that bad, then once I saw they shipped that awful one, I saw what you were saying.
I didn’t bother with #3 cuz I didn’t think much of #s 1 and 2 at all. Did I miss anything a Batman fan would wanna read about, or should I just let this one alone??!
