Yeah, I’m done with this book. I was going to drop it when they pulled
the big cosmic reset when the old writer left, bit I figured as shitty
as that was, I’d at least give the new one a chance. Now, now it’s like
old 80’s Claremont X-Men with long diatribes in place of conversations,
people fighting and teaming up. Characters are kidnapping other
characters and torturing them and when the characters are freed they
throw them to the ground, look intimidating, and then work with them
because they don’t want to be stuck with a boring job. It’s insulting
to the chracters and the reader. Plus the art is insanely bad. I hate
all of the faces in this. Whether they’re talking or in “demon” mode,
they just look awful. This book is like all the 90’s books that wanted
to be like X-Men but ended up being shit. It’s still better than the
previous writer, but it’s also still shit.

Story: 1 - Poor
Art: 1 - Poor
