The art doesn’t always serve the story well, because individual people tend to get lost in the widescreen action and Hitch’s style is not conducive to portraying complicated, conflicted people. On the other hand, the battle scene is really well-done, clearly showing Tommy Watts’ confusion and fear, and setting up the closing twist brilliantly.
