This isn’t the best Spidey issue in a while, but for a prologue to Spider-Island, this is a great start.  The art really set the tone for a FUN event.  I have really huge expectations for what will happen in this storyline.  While seeing the Jackyl and clones reappear causes terrible Clone saga flashbacks, Slott adds more fun to it.  I would say this feels like a great Dr Who opening.
