If you want to save yourself some time with this, just skip to the last couple of pages.  It’s the only thing worth even looking at in this issue.  Ok, maybe that’s overstating it a bit.  Some of the parts with Spidey in costume are ok, but the dialogue doesn’t really feel right.  The art in this issue is just ugly, and the only time it feels appropriate is the fight scene at the end.  All in all, I don’t like this iteration of the creative team at all.  It felt like I was reading a Spider-Fan Fiction or something.  I shouldn’t be surprised, though.  New Ways to Die was fairly good, but this book has been somewhere in between mediocre and rage-worthy since One More Day.  Maybe we’ll get some more of the fight next issue.  It won’t save this one, but it will help.
