As I started reading this I'm thinking "hmmm hope I'll see green goblin and spidey face off sometime in this issue." 

A few pages in, nothing. Okay, thats all right, we're still down with the big villian-party free for all right? Oh now Norman's fighting Menace. That caught me off guard. Throwing pumpkin bombs and stuff. Exciting stuff. *turns page*

So spidey tries to run while everyone's bitching about who's turn it is to wipe the floor with Anti-Venom (run? really?) but lo, here comes Songbird. SB fires pink thingies in the air, and spidey makes a few quips. Nicely done. I like the art. Have I mentioned I liked the art? I like Janson's inks, and the pencils. Oh, the rather soft colour palette it has going on is pretty sweet as well. Wait it's abit jarring. The colours I mean.

So I'm wondering when will Norman get in his old Goblin get-up and rip up some spider-outfir butt and I see Norman again, lecturing Menace about being a Goblin, or how to be one. I'm not very sure. By now we know Menace raided Osborn's weapons cache or something. Realizing that, Ozzy self-destructs the glider thing with a voice command. Tsk tsk. I had higher hopes for you menace. Menace starts balbbering about Osborn being a pussy with no vision and Ozzy's like "screw you" and menace runs away in disappointment. (I wish I was making this up) From the corner of his eye Norman spots a camera glued to the wall with webbing. (dun dun dunnnnn) No prizes to whoever guesses what he does with it.

Anti Venom gets his ass handed to him on a sil- oh wait he's back up again. Lame. Hmmm something about Anti-Venom not having any symbiote weakness and being an unregistered symbiote. Seems Anti-Venom has got himself some sort of higher purpose and wants to cleanse Spidey's radioactive blood. "But that'll have to wait" he says. And apparently goes after Gargan. Determined to finish what he started. Higher Calling. Ha ha.

Then he's gone. Poof. Written out for something more important to fill the pages. Silly anti-Venom. Go then. You were getting boring anyway. Man I hope that Goblin fight comes up soon.

Cut to family drama between Harry and Lilly and Bill. bla bla. Drama done bad. Harry sells out his dad. Right. Sneaky as always. Abit of aunt May and Peter. Where's Mister Li I wonder. Peter doesn't seem bothered about his camera going missing. Does he know? Maybe someone oughta tell him. Oh wait. Right. Secret identity and stuff. Ah screw it. Aunt May's more important anyway.

Hey the last few pages. Wonder what kind of hook they'll put in this week. Hmm. I'm suppose to be worried for spidey cos it seems that chip on his symbol mentioned a few issues back has come round to bite him in the abdomen. But I'm not. Not very good. Good thing next issue's coming out next week, any longer than that I may not have cared. Sure Bullseye marks spidey and stuff but thats hardly engaging to someone as jaded(lol) as me. Maybe I'm just tired. I need a smoke. It's been a long day.

Wait what happens after that!? I close the book and something scratches the back of my neck. (figuratively of course)
