Most of the time I give G. Morrison a hard time and bash him for writing stories that make you scratch your head and wonder ” Am I dumb or is this guy on crack.” With that said, All-Star Superman is the best big blue story arc ever, for me at least…..

Before reading issue twelve I went back and read the previous eleven, so I could refresh on what the creative team was exactly doing. This was an exciting story line and Sprinkled through out the twelve issues were nuggets that paid off.. Gravity gun, super serum, sun eater etc….

Frank Quietly’s pencils were brilliant and the coloring was amazing! The covers on all twelve issues did not disappoint and they all were relevant to each issue. ( Ron would like that! ) My favorite cover is #1. Superman sitting on the clouds above Metropolis……

The twelve issues need to be put into one hardcover soon or into an absolute edition. ( DC Comics if you read this) I recommend an absolute the size of a luggage bag……………
