The art tandem on this comic is a solid pairing – the flashbacks capture a retro comic book art style feeling while still being very modern, and the current story looks clean and energetic. The characters continue to be fleshed out slowly so that there’s a good balance between the simultaneous story elements – the faux arms deals with Osborn, the past/present mystery of the ghost planes, the further building of the Atlas crime empire into a covert force for good, and the ongoing development of each of the team members into complex and interesting characters. Combine that with a well-delivered cliff hanger and this is the kind of story that brings me back for more! A great piece of comic book fiction!!
