Just when you thought Johns couldn’t pull any more rabbits out of his hat with this title, he goes and surprises us all. From Krypto bringing some of Conner’s old rogues gallery (Seriously…Stinger? Who else but me remembers Stinger?) to a great sit down conversation with Tim discussing just about everything that’s happened in their lives after Conner’s death, to another tantalizing Luthor/Brainiac set-up.

The Legion co-feature is decent. The story is short, but the art is amazing. It would really help if these Legion tales were one long story as opposed to short vignettes, but they’re entertaining.

You’re gonna pick this up, anyway. But I think every issue to date has been filled with everything we’ve always wanted in a comic.
