As is GJ’s wont, he will spend an issue every now and then delving into the rich psyche of those crazy Super Villains; unfortunately, Toy Man just isn’t that interesting no matter how much gloss you apply. It’s a pleasant issue (I can’t call it a story), but the most interesting thing was the return of Cat Grant. Personally I would have preferred the return of Lola Barnett.
