Pick of the Week Podcast

Pick of the Week #724 – Batman: Curse of the White Knight, Book Eight

Show Notes

In what could be the last regularly formatted show for a while, Josh Flanagan and Conor Kilpatrick invite Ryan Haupt to the party and go long talking about comics, Josh’s water softener machine, tiki bar adventures, COVID-19, podcasting, and the future. (NOTE: Conor’s microphone cable died for exactly two minutes near the end of the show, so that was fun.)

  1. Thanks for doing a show last week, this week, and next week, guys. You make my an hour of my week better every week and I cant thank you enough.

  2. Been a weekly listener for over 10 years. You’re my only comic book friends.

  3. Hey Josh, here’s some left-side panel stacking for you, complete with helpful arrows!

    • Holy sh!t. I’m an idiot.

Decade some odd listener here. I’ve been listening to Josh complain about left panel stacking for ages. All this time I thought it was some high brow comics commentary about having too much text on the left side of the page. But now I get it! Wow. Thanks, Stingpin. It all makes so much more sense now. Something I’ve loathed forever combined with the thing one of my favorite comic book podcast dudes has railed against.

This might be something extremely small given the universe, and especially our current trying times. But thank you. You guys don’t realize how nonsensically this brought a smile to my face just now.

Also, thank you iFanguys. Your entertainment and cyber companionship has been highly appreciated over the years. But now more than ever. Hope all is as well as it can be with you and yours. Thanks again.
