Pick of the Week Podcast

Pick of the Week #636 – Marvel Two-In-One #6

Show Notes

Conor Kilpatrick, once again on walkabout, requires Josh Flanagan to bring in guest host and old pal, Jim Viscardi from Comicbook.com. There’s some good Marvel talk, from a Marvel alum, and we get deep into artist appreciation, and ignorant pigeonholing of Judge Dredd stories. It’s a hoot, and we have two books with “siege” in the title!

  1. I would love to see some more Marvel-DC crossovers, and if they were still on there own it might happen. But now it’s a thing with Disney and WB and IP’s and lawyers and..,

  2. I thought it might be Man of Steel. IT’S CLOBBERIN’ TIME.

  3. Avatar photo Jeff Reid (@JeffRReid) says:

I find it interesting that both Josh and James forgot that both Matt Fraction and James Robinson had runs on FANTASTIC FOUR after Hickman left. I mean, they weren’t great, clearly. Heidi over at The Beat made the same mistake a month or two back. Hickman’s FF run looms large, I guess.

I truly only remember Robinson’s run because he brought back Sleepwalker for, I assume, me only. I thank him.
