  1. Are the Young Avengers visiting Zod in the negative zone?

  2. The first issue didn’t wow me, but I’ll give it a second shot.

  3. Let’s do this!

  4. My favorite new book! Like Batwoman, this hits me in my fave artist and writing spot!

  5. First Issue was a nice surprise, looking forward to this.

  6. MAn, I love the solicits for this series!

…Oh, and the book itself, too!

  7. Didn’t fall in love with issue 1, but the characters and creators definitely warrant the benefit of the doubt. Looking forward to this.

  8. This book is fantastic, that is all.

  9. How long until 5:30 when I can dive into this book?

  10. Amazing issue. Love how they play with the format.

  11. Dammit, still not digging this. It felt like it was missing pages, as characters reacted to things that didn’t happen and plot-points appeared out of nowhere.

I want to love this, Gillen! WHY WON’T YOU LET MEEEEE!??!?

  12. I thought the first issue was pretty good, it was my first introduction to the Young Avengers, I really was only familiar with Kid Loki, but I liked it enough to continue checking it out. I thought this issue was an improvement, and I’m looking forward to the continued adventures of these characters. The page with Loki finding Wiccan and Hulkling was really well done, and I trust Gillen enough to just enjoy the ride.

  13. Dang, I thought this was a quite a step down from #1.

This time, the story seemed disjointed. Missing half the cast hurt the book with too much focus on Wiccan and Hulkling. Normally, I’m not a stickler for having everyone make an appearance, but still, they left Kate and Noh-varr in a bit of cliffhanger, and I still don’t know a single thing about Miss America. The flow of the story just didn’t seem to work this time around, particularly the visit to the Avengers Mansion. Last, the Kid Loki jokes just didn’t work this time around. I’m hoping the next couple issues work out the kinks from this one.

  14. Another solid issue, the story is moving along nicely and the art by Jamie McKelvie & Mike Norton is fantastic. This and Uncanny Avengers are now my two books that replaced New Avengers and Avengers for my Avenger needs. 4/5 plus who doesn’t like watching Loki admit his admiration for Bacon.

  15. The only bad thing about this book was it ended and didn’t just go on forever. (That and no Miss America)
