I so wish Lafuente was the artist on this book not anything against sotomayor i just like LaFuente’s covers more then the interiors
Different strokes and all, I’d rather anyone but Lafuente. His Firestar for example seems out of kilter with her normal portrayal. It just seems that he’d rather go with his own shape than follow character studies. Gladly I do enjoy Baldeon’s interiors, though I hope he’s slightly more confident with Toro this issue.
Issue one was a great start, and I can’t wait to see the Allies beat those bastards down…
This is the team book that give me hope at the moment. Newer characters not just archetypes of the avengers in a team.
The last issue turned out pretty damn good, so I’m still onboard. Can’t commit to pulling it, though. 🙂
I really enjoyed this issue and the art for the most part but he has a problem with eyes. Almost every panel has the eyes in weird places where they have this crosseyed or unnatural look to them.
I liked the story and art and all but… They nuked ground zero. It sounds like a phrase that should replace jumped the shark.
