  1. FINALLY!  Managed to avoid spoilers and it feels like forever since issue #60 came out. Definitely at the top of my stack this week!

  2. @Webhead – Ditto! I haven’t beeen this excited about a book in a while.

  3. Please come out this week.

  4. I can’t wait to read this, and expect I’ll do so in one sitting. I’ve managed to avoid all spoilers, so am literally on the edge of my seat! How will it end?!

  5. Loved it!!! Wish Y was forever. I’ll miss this book.

  6. I read this in issues, but have ordered the trade too. I won’t say anything further as I don’t wish to ruin it for people. Bring on the Y vodcast!

  7. The only thing that this book was missing was a "Previously on Y: The Last Man…" page to bring us back up to speed on what happened previously.  It had been so long since the last trade that it took a while to put some of the peices back together.

Pia’s art really started to shine in these last few issues.  Nice clean solid work and the characters really distinguished themselves from one another.

Not the ending I wanted or expected.  That’s both a good and a bad thing, I guess.

Great series, should be a shining example of what comics can and should be.

  8. Definitely didn’t expect this as the ending, but I was satisfied all around.  I have Vol 1 – 6 and now 10.  I need to pick up 7 8 9 soon and reread the whole set.  My wife has loved them too.

  9. I have never cried so hard over any comic as I did starting from the scene with the grape and continuing for about an hour after the book was closed and sitting on the shelf.

  10. @bansidhewall – Me too. It got me like nothing else I’ve ever read.

  11. @bansidewail & @Eyun:  I am so with you.  So what with anyone else, but the grape thing teared me right up.

  12. This has to be the most pulls for a trade.

  13. 21 years and thousands of comics – never have I cryed reading any.

This book made me cry 3 seperate times! On the train to work no less!

    Sublime
