  1. Damn my completist urges. It’s the only thing getting me to buy this. Thankfully, I now know enough to never buy anything that Stroman touches in the future.

  2. Same here. I’m only reading this because I have the first two and I’m a sucker for X-men books. What has this book really told us about Bishop that we really needed to know? And like you said, the art is atrocious.  Has anyone figured out when this story takes place? Duane said it would be obvious where this story takes place in relation to the Cable series, but I grasped it yet.

  3. I don’t know anything about Bishop, but I’d like some more history to fill in the gaps of Messiah War (which I’m loving) should I pick this up in trade?

  4. the story was good, but the art fucked this whole thing up.  had any other artist been on this, it would have been awesome and enjoyable to read. if i hadnt become such a fan of duane’s, i would have said fuck this.  somebody stop stroman from getting work…please!!!!!!!!!!

  5. Yep, this book was probably the strongest of the three, but that is about as much of a backhanded compliment as one can give. As mikeandzod said, the story was decent, but I’m glad it’s over and I can concentrate back on Messiah War.

  6. Fugly as a word was never more relevant.
