X-MEN #8

After braving the lizard-creature infested sewers beneath Manhattan, Spider-Man reveals to the X-Men just exactly who they are up against. But this doesn’t explain the rash of disappearances of outcast teenagers. Why have they vanished, and what do these kids have in common? The X-Men must use their best detective skills to discover the secret, but nothing prepares them – or Spider-Man – for the surprise villain who is pulling all the strings.

  1. Bachalo!

  2. I picked up last issue on a whim and really enjoyed it. Of all the current X-writers Gischler seems to have the best handle on these characters.

  3.  Bachalo + spider-man + xmen + LIZARDS = awesome

  4. Bachalo is done after #10 who is the artist for #11, you guys know?

  5. If this is a roundabout SHED sequel with X-men, that is actually several layers of awesome.

  6. @optra08  Is he only drawing this arc? If that’s the case, then that sucks.

  7. Yes, that sucks. He will be the artist in some Avengers book or something, yes that suks.

  8. I really like CB but the artist before was good too. Also, I buy this because I like the 60s X-Men logo.

  9. Such a great story arc so far and I really love the way Bachalo draws Wolverine.

  10. The felt like an episode of Criminal Minds with the X-Men as the agents. For some reason it worked well for me.
