  1. Dropped this after last issue. I know Brian Wood is coming aboard, but I just dont see how this book fits into the X-verse at all? It seems like it is out of continuity, and I dont really care for the roster. Did they just put the x-men they didnt know where else to put in this book?

  2. On the cover The Thing looks like he doesn’t want to be there and neither do I.

  3. I’ve been reading this book since the first issue and enjoyed Gischler’s run at the start, but after the Neo arc I regret not dropping. I’ve only stayed on this for the last few issues because I wanted to see how he wraps up the run. I’m going to have to be more strict when Wood comes on though. I’ll give him two issues at least.

    • I’ve also been reading since issue 1, mostly i think because im an x-fan, but I had to let this one go in order to pick up some of the image titles like manhattan projects, and mind the gap, as well as mind mgmt from dark horse

  4. Subscribed to this because I like the team and needed to not pay four bucks.

Looking forward to the Brian Wood run as well.

  5. Anyone know if this is like a team up book? Does it take place in current 616 continuity?

    • It’s pretty much been a team-up book, yeah, except stretched over multi-issue story arcs instead of one-offs. It does take place in 616 continuity, though sometimes it seems to barely acknowledge what else is going on in the X-verse.

  6. I feel like this book is just a bunch of interesting stories that sit just outside of the “big” X-Men story. I feel this book is consistently entertaining. I’m constantly let down by Wolvie and the X-Men and Uncanny has been crap since before the relaunch. As a result I will put my head on the chopping block and say that this title is my favorite current X-book. I like to be entertained and it doesn’t have to be anything epic that changes the face of the Marvel U. It can just be a good story.

  7. Anyone know what Woods lineup will be? I hear he’s already dropped warpath, im not happy about that. If domino isn’t on it i’m probably gonna have to drop this book. Too many good indies i’d rathar drop 4 bucks on.

  8. This is the first comic I’ve seen with a rating lower than a 3. It must have been awful then lol Sticking with Uncanny X-Force all the way!
