  1. I’m officially over Noir books.

  2. This same writer-artist team did a great one-shot story in the Wolvie monthly a while ago, and it was pretty good. I think this one is gonna be worth picking up. C.P. Smith’s art is great. And I think Marvel Noir is shifting to characters who might be a little bit more bent that way anyway. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not, but either way I’ll be picking it up.

The only thing I worry about is the fact that (as far as I know) Wolverine sans claws tends not to go over real well. Hopefully the knives as replacements and the capable creative team are enough to make this book rock.

  3. This guy sure get a lot of books.  I’ll check it out.  Atleast the first issue.  I like noir

  4. A Wolverine detective agency noir seems like a no brainer.

  5. Checked out the preview on newsarama and the art looks awesome as expected. A pick up for sure on my end.

  6. I liked Spiderman, X-men not so much. I am going to give this and Daredevil a whirl.

  7. I didn’t like the first issue of Spiderman Noir too much.

I didn’t even try X-Men Noir at all.

Daredevel Noir was okay.  I want more of that.

So I’m gonna try this one out too.

  8. THe variant cover is SICK

  9. I’m passing on this, but sign me up whenever they release Power Pack Noir, ROM Spaceknight Noir, Galactus Noir, Millie the Model Noir, Howard the Duck Noir, and most ironic of all Dazzler Noir.

  10. Thank goodness Marvel is finally turning the spotlight on the seldom seen Wolverine. If there was ever a character that needed more exposure…

  11. I think that the art in this book is great.

  12. howard the duck noir would be awesome!!!

  13. Surprisingly this was my POTW! Loved every noir-soaked page. The art was SO good & the writing suited it perfectly — dark & gritty!!
