WOLVERINE #20
DON’T MISS THIS!
It’s a prelude to the biggest Wolverine arc in years. War is brewing between the ninja assassins of the Hand and the gun-toting gangsters of the Yakuza, and it leads Wolverine to come face to face with Wilson Fisk, the infamous Kingpin of crime. What mysterious former love interests have come along for the ride? And just who is behind this war anyway?
Do you like surprises? If so, then don’t miss this issue’s last page, as it offers up a doozy.

This has been a complete departure from the first 17 or so issues of this series. Not even close to the same. Probably going to be dropping this soon. Kinda sad about that.
Yeah it was a little bit of a jump for me. From Wolverine in Hell to something like Big Trouble in Little China.
Why is that a bad thing? I think that’s exactly what the series needed
Totally agree, but I did end up enjoying the last arc by the end. I wouldn’t drop it though, this is the last issue. Next month is Wolverine 300 with Aaron’s final arc.
That last arc has made me a die-hard reader. Aaron’s at his best when his stories are a little wacky.
On second thought, in such a big week, I think I’m gonna let this one slide.
Ugh didnt care for last arc and don’t think I’m going to like this one either. I’ve loved all the past stories though. Im going to give it one more issue but this might be dropped unless something crazy happens.
Welp. thats it for me. Couldn’t make it more than 5 pages without putting this one back in the bag. That is some terrible art. Seeing Logan at a hot dog stand in suspenders and wingtip shoes like some guido was too much.
Never should have stopped the Jae Lee Covers either
Dropped.
Wow I couldn’t have a more opposite opinion. I hated the Jae Lee covers, this cover is fantastic. I love Guedes hyper-detailed style and he does an amazing job with the gory violent action. This issue is nothing surprising from Jason Aaron at all, it’s wacky, violent, and fun. Some scenes here remind me of Aaron’s Ghost Rider series. Kinda Grindhousey
