Despite my love for this book I’m glad this arc is over. The chaos of the Sand-Eaters invasion, the Sunners’ revolt, Jakob’s battle and Michael and Abi’s escape, all within the same city, was a bit overwhelming. Wait, scratch that: extremely overwhelming. I’m excited for Michael and Abi’s journey to A-Ree-Yass-I and the implications of the arrival of Marcus’ sister.
