  1. Loving Marquez’s art.

  2. Oh, how I look forward to this book each month.

  3. The page where the Ultimates fly overhead was actually moving. Reminded me of looking out the window at night as a kid and seeing a chopper or a police car and wishing you knew what was going on in their world

    • YES! That’s the exact same thought I had. We lived right near a police station when i was younger and I’d always see the helicopters at least once a week and always wondered what was going down.

    • And in a way it was strangely reminiscent of Peter Parker’s abortive attempt to join the Fantastic Four in ASM #1 …

  4. This was really good — Marquez is really excellent, and Bendis delivers lots of good scenes. I felt like this was a much meatier and more satisfying read than many of the previous issues.

That said, I think I’m sticking with my decision of switching to trades on this book. It’s a great book, but I just don’t get enough from it every month, so I think I’d rather wait and get my fill less often.

  5. This book is a perfect example of the Bendis stories that I love. We’re following one character on a journey, with unexpected turns and a strong sense of pacing and mood. Excellent.

  6. This is a really unique story. Uncle Aaron is just the polar opposite of Uncle Ben and I cannot wait to see how it affects Miles.

  7. marquez is perfect for this title. him and bendis are like an USM dream team. hope he sticks around for a while.
