  1. The last issue was the worst comic book I ever read. Just letting people who are semi-interested in this

  2. Issue #1 was the densest current comic book I have ever read and I loved it!

The only thing I was hesitant about was the Vampire angle, but it ended up not turning me off to the story after-all.  That said, I hope there is more Alien and less Vampire in this issue.  The Gangsters/hard-boiledness of the story is the real deal though.

  3. Yeah, I thought it was great.  I mean, completely wordy, but I liked the image that it painted as well as the images that were…drawn…I’ve been waiting for the second issue to come out.  I mean, issue #1 came out the day Manchester United lost to Bayern Munich for a spot in the Champions League semi-finals.  Jeez.

  4. I like issue #1 quite a bit.  Sure it had a lot of words, but I’ll gladly take that over some $4 book that takes 5 minutes to read.

  5. Surprised to see this with a high rating. This has been the butt of many a joke at my LCS for the past couple months.

  6. I’m not afraid of words.

  7. I’m still not sure about issue one, but I read it twice and may read it again before I pop this one open – not bad value for a comic book these days.

  8. Issue #1 was pretty good, but showed a good deal of promise. This issue built on that and was close to the pick of my small week.
