  1. Didn’t mind the first issue was a little hard to follow in places but I will treat it the same way as I did when getting into The Umbrella Academy for the first time & buy the whole the series & re-read, re-read until I either love it or hate it. Fortunately I love Umbrella Academy so hoping for another win-win here!

  2. Gerard Way didn’t have co-writer on Umbrella Academy? Maybe that’s why this is not as good. I loved Umbrella Academy but the FCBD story for this bored me to death, and it was confusing, too.

  3. I feel like knowing the album, and the music videos from My Chemical Romance has helped, at least me in the story a little bit.

But that aside The thing i am enjoying about this is not really being able to guess where it’s going. Also I think my favorite thing, is the world they are setting up is interesting.

  4. I’m having fun so far.
