  1. Nothing really wowing me about this so far. I`ll stick it out for the first arc for my love of Deadpool and also the idea behind these members have a lot of potential for some good stuff

  2. Let’s be honest- if you’re reading this, it’s because you’re a [insert team member here] fanboy/girl.

  3. The book has been mediocre so far. Issue #4 was pretty good IMO. I’m actually excited about this to see what happens and learn about Mercy. I’m ready for Phil Noto to take over the art in Issue #7.

  4. not even going to see out the arc gave it a good chance but a load of crap and getting dropped !!

  5. Marvel ended Rucka’s Punisher just to put him in this? What a fucking joke. Booooooooooooo.
I’ll try issue 7 and hope Noto can breath some life into this series while Way gets his act together.
Too many awesome characters for this to suck.

  6. I don’t want to be negative, DW seems to have a lot of haters but; Reviving the leader was a dumb move and out of character for Ross. Hot sloppy sex on the dead bodies of your enemy is definitely out of character for Punisher, and a lil’ over top for Electra. Nobody is written quite right here. Rucka’s Punisher was great, this aint!

    • I totally agree! I knew nothing about Daniel Way and Steve Dillon before this book? I’ve seen on a lot of websites, and fans said they were both horrible, but I stuck it out because I love Rulk, Elektra and Punisher. They were all right.

Dillon draws the same face and body of Jesse Custer on almost all the characters although he has gotten a little better. Daniel Way has been phoning in this story since the beginning. He hasn’t done his homework on the characters and it shows. There are a lot of plot elements that are done off screen. Deadpool got shot in the head in Kata Jaya and suddenly he ends up back in Madripor with Rulk and the Leader. Rulk is trying to revive the Leader with gamma and the next issue Rulk turned back into Ross and is being help by the Leader and we don’t know what happened? WTF?!?

The fact that Way wrote this, and it got past the Editor and everyone else at Marvel is beyond anyone who reads this book! Marvel should have gotten Greg Rucka to write this book. He knows how to make a character compelling and leave you on the edge of your seat. I’m still holding out to see Phil Noto’s art in the next arc.

  7. I really wanted to like this title, a fan of Venom, Elektra, and Rulk but this has quickly become my least favorite book. I’ll hold out through the second arc and hope there’s some major turn arounds

  8. apparently 3.99 is the going rate for a pile of crap.
