  1. Love the artwork from Ferry but this story needs to get really interesting fast because I’m finding it hard to justify the $3.99 price at this point…too many other great comics to get instead.

  2. Is the new mighty Thor 3.99?

  3. I’m enjoying the story, but I am also hoping it leads to “fixing” Asgard. I loved the Broxton stuff, but it’s time to put it back.

Also, I had no idea it was so easy to resurrect Odin.  “In case of emergency break…”

  4. This story started well but has gone nowhere. nice art but boring, stagnant story=DROPPED!

  5. I enjoyed the start of this run, but the story came off the rails a bit with the easy resurrection of Odin, followed by clunky I hate my dad dialogue. I like Thor, but I don’t have to have Thor. Especially at $3.99. The art is holding me for now, but even that was a bit off last issue.

  6. Let’s just face it, Fraction’s writing in this has just been terrible, been like embarrased for Thor as a character really, been following this for Ferry’s art, but not sure if it will hold me for another issue.

  7. Are they switching writers when this becomes Journey into Mystery? If not, i’m done. This arc has been completely mundane. I’ve been bored the entire time and I was physically sickened by the resurrection of Loki. Anyway, here’s to making Thor godly again!!

  8. @oopsxlandmine- Journey Into Mystery will be Kieron Gillen and Mighty Thor will be Fraction

  9. @ABirdseysView Oh yea. I remember now. Awesome!

  10. Love Ferry’s work, but didn’t want to take anymore of Fraction’s nonsense in this, unpull.

  11. This was great, really picked up a lot of steam in this issue

  12. I…I don’t know what’s happening in this book.

  13. @BetaRayRyan i don’t think anyone does. The intro went to fast, the middle was boring, and this issue was just decent. If i wasn’t excited about the change to Journey into Mystery i would alreay have dropped this…

  14. I’ll have to throw my vote in with “terrible.” It’s not clear enough to be good science fiction (which I don’t really want in a Thor comic anyway) and it’s not fantastic enough for good, “godly” fantasy… confusing, and done in boring fashion. I really miss the clear, grand story JMS was telling.

  15. If it weren’t for the Ferry art I would be gone already. The writing is sparse, which I suppose gives Ferry room to breathe, but what little is there is all over the place. Fraction seems to have no feel for any of the characters at all. I suspect the whole thing is a big reset button (and a chance for Ferry to draw fantastical creatures from all 9 worlds) but I think I will Journey into Mystery a bit, but leave Thor behind.
