And in the co-feature, THE SPIRIT: BLACK and WHITE, Stray Bullets and YOUNG LIARS scribe David Lapham teams with MADAME XANADU master Michael Wm. Kaluta to tell the tale of the deadliest New Year’s ever! It’s “666 in 10… 9… 8…”

  1. I think I’m just too used to the past volume of The Spirit with Cooke, and then Aragones, that It’s harder for me to easily get into these longer strory arcs. I don’t think it’s a fault of the writing, but I miss this character in one issue doses.

Does anyone know if we can be guaranteed collections of these stories, as well as a seperate collection of the B/W back ups?  If so, that would be awesome, as the first arc read much better re-read in one sitting.

  2. Michael Wm Kaluta in black and white? I’m IN.

  3. moritat’s been killing it in this new volume
