Agreed, and they pulled the same scam with Super Crooks. This is probably the last Millar comic I buy for a long time. Hit-Girl came and went and I barely noticed, and Kick-Ass 2 was just kind of revolting. For a long time I held the torch for Millar’s early/mid-2000s work but I’m finally starting to get tired of all the hype and shallow shock tactics.
Agreed. But that new Jupiter’s Children (or what ever it’s called now) thing of his does have me intrigued…
Well, this was 32 pages – that’s a lot better than 25 for the same price. I think Super Crooks #4 was 35 pages. So Hit-Girl #5 was the rip off.
