  1. Loving the series and I really wonder if they would consider releasing a “New York Central” book. I mean Lark is doing the art for issue #7.

  2. i. love. this.

  3. This book needs to get some more love, because so far it’s been goddamn fantastic.

  4. Anybody know how long the first arc is going to be?

    • I think the first trade is 6 issues, so I would guess that’s the first “arc”? I’m curious to see if he continues telling the story in this vein or if it changes at some point to be more Punisher POV. I find this story is very deconstructed and stretched out a bit longer than it needs to be.

    • Yeah, I agree. As soon as the vulture popped up I started to get a little bored of this book. I’m still hopeing that there will be a great issue that draws all the loose ends together and makes sense of whats going on. Not holding my breath though.

  5. That’s how you write a solicitation. Boom!

  6. rucka should be arrested….cuz he is killing on this mothafucka!

  7. Rucka is on his game, and Checcheto should get lots of credit for the assist. Some of his panels are just gorgeous; real nice storytelling.

  8. i think i really like how this is from the POV of law enforcement and the media.
i love the old punisher war journal books, but this something new and refreshing. i mean, we already know the frank’s motives and to be honest, he’s never been too interesting by any stretch of the imagination.
being from their POV, he seems more mysterious and thus, more interesting. i hope he creates a relationship with this seemingly lost child in order to perhaps add some layers to his character. kids parents die in battle and becomes frank’s apprentice or something of the sort…
having said that, it occurs to me that grown ass men creating relationships with children is, at the very least, suspect….just ask batman(ZIIIIIIIING)
