THE INFINITE CRISIS OMNIBUS HC

This incredible omnibus hardcover collects the many titles from the 2005 event that rocked the DC Universe, including DAY OF VENGEANCE #1-6, the DAY OF VENGEANCE INFINITE CRISIS SPECIAL #1, RANN/THANAGAR WAR #1-6, RANN/THANAGAR WAR INFINITE CRISIS SPECIAL #1, THE OMAC PROJECT #1-5, DC COUNTDOWN #1 and WONDER WOMAN #219.

It’s the DCU’s darkest day, and long-lost heroes from the past have returned to make things right in the universe…at any cost.

  1. I hoard TPB’s and was really into this storyline when it came out. Buying this will let me get rid of all the trades I had for it previously. (I know I’m crazy)
Hopefully there are some extra features in this too, though with so much packed into one book I may be out of luck there.

  2. Never read this but really looking forward to it. I just hope DC will use thinner paper than their last couple of omnibus releases. Size-wise it’d be almost like holding two Hawkman omnibuses. That’d be holding almost 5 kilos! 8-o

  3. How good is this story?

    • It depends on your investment and interest in dc universe mythology. It’s basically the culmination of everything that had happened in the dcu since Crisis on Infinite Earths, and then leads right into 52 (the weekly series). I enjoyed it.

    • Love 52 and will be buying the omnibus.

Might hold off on this one. Discount isn’t what I was hoping on Amazon.

    • Seems to be going for a lot less on amazon uk

  4. I loved this story. I have all of the single issues of all of the tie ins.

  5. 40% off at In Stock Trades.

  6. this looks like a must have for me.I have the TP of Infinite Crisis in paper back and must say i really enjoyed the story.Big Earth-2 multiverse fan.I also have Crisis on Infinite Earths as well in paper back.Looking forward to this. Was not that big of a fan of 52 series btw.Might reread it again.

    • yeah if you love all that stuff (btw, the COIE Absolute Edition is a must own) then you should probably like 52. Maybe check that series out again after your re-read of IC

  7. I didn’t get it today because I ended up buying the Anthony Bourdain book and the Grant Morrison Dino’s v. Aliens book. I’ll get it eventually though –

Anybody pick it up? How’s the edition?
