    I see they’re trying to pull me in with the ‘direct ties to the monthly’, but I don’t see how that is and I’m just really tired of the Legion.  I tried to get into them, but it feels like DC just puts them all over the place.

    Well, it’s written by Sterling Gates, so it should have the same feel as the on-going monthly (with a Legion team-up.)  If you like the on-going, or if you liked the recent Batgirl/Supergirl team-up, I’d say check this out.  It should be good.

    Wasn’t there a whole storyline in Legion a few years ago with Supergirl visiting them? The one where she thought it was all a dream? Yeah, I read that one, and now it’s not in continuity anymore. So screw the Legion, they can never get their continuity straight.

    Except that this is a return to the classic Legion and looks to be an attempt to integrate this version of Kara into the classic stuff — taking the place (sob) of pre-Crisis Supergirl in the Legion.

    @ironcladmerc they kind of referenced that didn’t they? Cuz Kars says ‘this isn’t the legion u remember, etc’

    Kind of entertained by Kara pulling out a Gandalf style "you shall not pass" in this.

    Great old-school Legion story that fits snugly in current Supergirl storyline!  Wasn’t expecting to to be so Legion-y, but still great story.
