  1. I liked the last issue by Lodbell, but didn’t like the issue of Team 7 I read by Justin Jordan. So, this one is a big maybe.

  2. I liked the start of lobdells run but once the crossover started he completely lost me. Considering this is a 2.99 book that ships once a month I have no problem giving Jordan an issue or two.

  3. Vaguely interested in this. I appreciate this DC are giving chances to younger writers like Jordan.

    • DC is giving chances to younger writers because they are the only ones who’ll work with them.

    • The only ones who will work with them are hip young indie writers?

      Ohhh…no…..!

      😉

    • Yeah, that was pretty lame. They use old writers, people complain and want new writers. They get new writers, people complain and say that want old writers. It’s a lose-lose.

We need new writers. The industry always needs new voices. While I am not a Justin Jordan fan based on the one comic of his I read, I certainly am not going to bag on DC for using him. This book just might not be for me.

    • The only voice you ever hear in DC comics is Dan Didio’s. They systematically killed any momentum the reboot had by stifling people who were actually using it to tell new stories, like Cornell’s Demon Knights.
