    I loved the video games, but have not read the comics yet. How do they tie in? Is there and relation outside of the name? (I have heard Malak is a recent addition.)

    This series precedese the video games by a few years in continuity and I would say the first 35 issues were awesome. Several of the characters do go on to be in the videogame, I would definitely recommend the trades.

    Outside of Vector, I haven’t read this at all.  But 50 issues could be easily collected in an Omnibus, I’ll have to keep an eye out for that.

    I stopped at 36 because the series basically seemed over. Is worth searching for the last 10 or so

    Malak has been a prescence in issue 0 and then every now and then throughout the series (not just a recent addition although we met him as Alek).  I thought this issue started strongly for this last arc.
