  1. Every time Spider-Woman comes out I tell myself I am gonna trade wait and everytime, I pick up the issue. They are just beautiflly drawn and in these issues Bendis is back to his "Daredevil" self.

  2. Same here. I can’t resist these floppy beauties.

  3. Really enjoying this book. Daredevilly is right.

  4. It really has been great so far. I can’t trade wait either.

  5. It’s just me then. I was afriad of this. I was getting this book in a hopes of recapturing the Daredevil feel, but I’ve not enjoyed it at all. I’m gonna call it a day, maybe I’ll pick up the first trade and see what happens, but at the moment I have no love for the series. A real shame, because it is very pretty, but the story hasn’t grabbed me at all.

Jessica is far too moody (with good reason, I admit), the diologue makes her sound like teenage-Bendis, and I never want to read the word Skrull again.

    Keep enjoying it guy’s, I’m out 🙂

  6. Take a shot.

  7. I’m really enjoying the book, but I fear that it’s already beginning to repeat itself.  Jessica’s angsty inner monologue is getting a bit same-y.

  8. hm, I wonder about the next arc that is A) not written to also be a motion comic and B) possibly not Skrull-centric

  9. lol So far I’ve managed to stave off the urge to pick up a single issue of this because I’m pretty certain that once I do I’m going to find it next to impossible not to forego trade-waiting!!!

  10. this issue was the epitome of running in place. all that happened of significance here is that Jess got her costume back. I love the writting style and art in this book but the story is making this dangerously close to being dropped. C’mon Bendis, let add some excitement to this story!

  11. Yeah, it’s weird, I really like this yet I don’t feel like anything has happened.  At all.  I read Daredevil in trade and absolutely loved, maybe I should consider doing that here.  I just find it irressistable when i see it on the shelf.

  12. The motion comic kinda killed this first arc for me. I’m not seeing it fresh and I can’t get the terrible acting out of my head for this. And I kinda miss old maleev, that was less photo reference-y (some of those cops don’t look Asian!) of course that might also be him doing his own colors. Even when he was on Daredevil I found his action wanting.
