    Didn’t even realize this was coming out this week. It was a mediocre issue. Nothing too bad nothing all that great. I hope this book starts to get good again. IDW is definitely setting up these titles to be read concurrently…. I can’t imagine just picking up one of the three ongoing Joe books right now. You would have no idea what was happening.

    I don’t think it’s a good idea that three of the four Joe books must be read concurrently. I’m a HUGE Joe fan but to pay four bucks each for three comics that frankly are only okay?
    (Well, Cobra is great if played out, but the other two…hmmm)
    That’s tough when there are a lot of great book on the market right now, many at 2.99.

    yyzKyle, It’s tempting, right? I’ve gotten every book since the DDP relaunch, including all the IDW books, and I had most of the Marvel, so my inner collector is freaking out about dropping it – but why not spend that money on X-Force, or Venom, or the upcoming Secret Avengers, or Animal Man, Swamp Thing, Chew, Severed, etc. etc. etc.?

    Ugh – I’m really in a quandary over it. I don’t want to regret it and have to pick up all the back issues or trades down the line.
