  1. Still having fun with this.

  2. Yes!  This mini has been so good.

  3. Great art on this book.

  4. @texaszombie I believe this is to be an on-going.

  5. @TexasZombie99 @vadamowens Yeah, according to Twitter, Brian Hurtt is currently drawing the seventh issue.

  6. @vadamowens @conor Well, that’s really cool, I was under the impression it was a six-issue mini-series, but the quality of the book has been great so I hope it succeeds as an ongoing for many issues to come.

  7. Sixth gun is alot of fun hope it is an ongoing. If you like this book you guys should try Rotten # 7 (new arc) Moonstone Publishing. I cant believe it has only one pull.

  8. Yep! This is an ongoing. We’re working on the second story arc and planning out the next several! I’m glad you guys are enjoying this.

  9. @ifanboy community –  As someone who missed the FCBD issue and who has not been exposed to this series at all, I would like to pose a sincere question of suggestion for myself and anyone in my current situation of curiousity about the series….:  Jonah Hex or The Sixth Gun?

p.s. ( I know this is only three issues in and Hex is 50+ and the only thing they probably really have in common is that they are westerns, but with that considered…Food for thought?)

  10. Like the Damned, this is a great supernatural period book and I can’t get enough of it. With awesome concepts, a tight story and amazing art. This is a perfect read for me. Keep them coming.

  11. @jwaesch – As a totally biased employee of Oni Press* and as someone who’s read up through issue #6 and an outline of the major arcs, I’d recommend The Sixth Gun 😉

I am trying to be impartial when I recommend The Sixth Gun+ and I have read both series, but The Sixth Gun is just more my cup of tea.

    *very biased opinion

    +No I’m not

  12. Read this today, definitely can say I saved the best comic for last in the past week.  So great!  I really can’t wait to see what’s to come.  Can’t remember the last time I was so excited about a comic (well, Local, but I didn’t discover that til the big hardcover was released).
