I’m getting this in trade, any ideas when the 3rd book is out?
This is still the third story arc, I think it ends in issue 17. So the trade should be out in three months or so.
Whoops, probably more like two or three months.
Man, only 91 pulls so far this week. What a shame. This may be my favorite book out now.
I was turned on to this by the Free Comic Book Day giveaway issue and have loved it all the way. Even the fill in artist on one issue, Tyler Crook, was great and now I’m a fan of his, too. I just really hope that Marvel doesn’t suck the creative energy out of Bunn with all the work they’re throwing at him. One the one hand, I’m really glad for his success what with selling the Damned to TV and all. But on the other, THIS book is what I love not some B grade Marvel characters printed up just to fill out the publishing schedule so the company can maintain their share of shelf space and market share.
Don’t forget he also sold The Sixth Gun to the same network. I think it’s going to be a 6 part mini series or something like that.
