    Fantastic first issue! Spurrier did an incredible job setting the stage for this series. Stokely’s style was perfect for this type of concept – unique, playful and downright cool!

    Excited to pick this up Wednesday!

    This issue was fantastic! I wish they’d could’ve gone ahead and coined the term “blisterfucked” though instead of using the old #@!& nonsense.

    I actually liked this more than the first issue which left me kind of on the fence about continuing. But after this, I think I’m in for the whole six issues.

    The second that Sue hit the panel I knew this story had more legs than just great art and an awesome world. Then add Dora and realize that Sue is watching all this. Good drama. Tumble squids? Ridiculous! What impresses me most is Spurrier’s dialogue and how masterful he is with the voices (and I’m not talking about phoenetic spelling). “Less’n some.” and the throwing of the decapitated head were two of my favorite parts. This is one bad ass gorilla. Think he has a name?
