  1. A hundred and seventy-five issues. That’s a pretty fantastic number, especially when you consider that its all been written and drawn by one man since day one. Over the last couple of years, Savage Dragon has really pulled out all the stops and reinvigorated itself as thee super-hero action book to beat. Old school with a new school sensibility. Violent and dark, while also light and exciting. It balances itself perfectly, without falling into the traps other similar titles do. It is the best ongoing series on the stands.

Also, the price is wrong, its only 3.99 for this special 48 page issue. Not 4.99 as its listed.

  2. I agree. Congrats on 175! I wish more people were reading this.

Then again, I should talk – I’m way way way behind my reading on this book. I think all the delays lead to my delaying reading them, and the pile starts to pile up.

Seems to happen to me with a lot of books on irregular schedules.

  3. One of the best books on the stands. I’ve steered clear of anything giving away this issue, can’t wait to see what’s in store for 175.

  4. I’m pumped, Dragon is best!

  5. This was fantastic. I LOVE this series. 5/5 I dont understand why more people aren’t reading this series. It’s sooo much fun

  6. Wow. Did not see that coming. I love this book; also I want the Vanguard back-up to continue for the remainder of this series, or my lifetime, whichever ends first.

  7. Loved this issue. Wish it was more Malcolm centric, but It was still fantastic.
